Regular visits Unlike other suppliers who only offer 8, our basic package includes 12 onsite visits a year. We can also accommodate seasonal trends.

Service staff All of our staff are fully trained and very experienced in this business. You can be assured of a discreet and professional approach at all times.

Free on-site surveys We offer a free on-site survey to determine what is best for you and agree a schedule of service visits that suits you.

Legislation Our services comply with all the relevant legislation, we are licensed waste disposal operators.

Duty of Care All Duty of Care and Waste Transfer documentation is always included in our price and this should be retained by you for a period of two years. Copies of our Environment Agency certificates and Waste Transfer licenses are also available free on demand and can be downloaded from our website by our customers.

Computerisation.  We have invested heavily in our computer systems to ensure that we hold accurate and up to date records of all our customers and installations. All site visits are scheduled and each site is assigned to a specific operative who also has a copy of your Customer Service Record card.
